hey everyone...

I jsut decided that Im gonna create myself in the game as a youth...I got a few questions though...first off I want my guy to be the best he can be sohow do I raise him hes gonna start at 16years old...how old should he be when I boot him up to first team...how do I make sure his stats stay at max?...also he is a striker...what attributes should I give him...like those things that you check off that say likes to take long shots...makes long passes...etc...do I turn all of them on...or just the ones that are offensive...I want him to be an amzing striker but if I can make him good at other things to then I owuldnt mind as long as it doenst effect his offensive skill...

Anyways thanks a lot guys hope a few of you can help answer any of that...

I'd suggest using the extra attributes like long shots only when you're happy they will suit your teams style of play. No point him being a 'takes long shot's often' maestro if you would rather a patient, short-passing build up.

As for when to play him, the answer has to be once he's good enough - if you want to start him off as amazing, play him straight away but ensure he can handle pressure and that he fits into the overall team set-up. If you want to build him up gradually, make sure he has high mental stats, especially determination and professionalism, so he will be more likely to develop.

Keep him happy, it would be sad to have him become unhappy with his lot - setting your club as his favourite, along with a high loyalty rating will help there.

Overall my main advice would be to make his mental attributes high, so he's balanced, uncontroversial, committed to the team above all else and has all the tools in his head to reach his potential.

use the editor delivered with the game, or go and find the mcfm save game editor.
