Just so that a few things are ok:
Do you have admin privileges on your user account?
Do you run Windows Update on a regular basis (once a week). I'm asking this because Windows Update should install .net framework.

It's for FM 06 ONLY.
It will not work for Football Manager 2005.
It will ONLY work for Football Manager 2006.
As I've already said, there are some messages left in which relate to FM 05. Ignore them for now (these should be fixed in a later release.

Thats what I was asking? It's not working for my '06 game. I get an error message saying the process performance counter is disabled. Then links to Microsoft sites. Then another error saying FM 05 is not inserted?
