The only problem with making yourself too good if your a LLM is they will get poached eventually or want to leave.

could you get all stats at 20? and if i set my CA and PA to 200 and all his good playing stats to 20 my player starts with all stats on 15 would it be any different if i put his PA to -10??? dont understand this thing much

I put my Sons in the game by using a EDT file and place it in the db/edt folder. I downloaded a old "Futureregen_UK" file and took out all the other regens and just left my sons in it

Then everytime I start a game they come through as a regen/fred. Ok, so they seem poor players (just like real life ) and with fm08 you get to see what they look like because of facegen

You're probably right, but you can mminimise that a little by making the player loyal to the club and the other staff and players, and by making the player a favourite person at the club.

Obviously set their loyalty at 20, and then in Favourite People make some staff and players at the club have a level of 100, and make the club they're in have a level of a 100 in Favourite Clubs. Make the player from the same place as the club - might help. And then go to the club, and set the player you've just made as a Favourite Person with a level of 100.

It's not fool proof but does help a little!

so if i put say 20 on tackling for a 16 yer old with ca of 100 and pa of 200 it will start well below 20 but will reach there after a while
