training, does this make any difference? can i just leave it as it is?

also when i join a new club we always seem to be ok at first then we get to summer and my team goes rubbish even though my signings normally succeed, the old players normally start to play rubbish. any reaosn for this? dont upset the balance with no mnore than 1/2 signings?

Yes training can affect morale of the players and their attributes as well as their fitness.

Signing too many players can upset the team and may make them play worse.
