Ok guys just thought i'd upload this and see if it works for anyone else. I made this before i read about the RoT theory and whatnot but this tactic just seems to work perfectly against the big teams. I play Minimal Fuss normally but have taken to using this one that i made originally for Sport in Spanish Div 2.
This tactic is different in two areas - no defensive midfielder and no target man. I know, sounds suicidal. Two MC's both have low closing down and high creative freedom and both strikers should be fast (height a bonus).
I don't use this consistantly (although i don't think i've gave it a consistent test) but i bring it out for the big games so if anyone wants to test it give it a try. This did work well in the lower leagues also.
Take a look at the screenshot! I think it says it all...you know how they say, a picture is worth a thousand words and that's the first game I used your tactic...hehe I'm tryng to imagine what will happen in future matches ))
Good JOB!
yeah that's true...but I tried other tactics too and they didn't work as well as this one...I always use different tactics over the SAME matches and then see which one is really good...so you don't have to neccesserly try them with minor teams
Nice work Ne Jebi !! Let me know how it gets on Peets, i'm in my 2nd season with Blackburn and am using a little more often (due to first formation going a little stale)
Good stuff !! I'm glad this is turning out quite nicely, i'd love to see a few more tests on it still.
Doing well on my Blackburn game, started 2nd season with it and have played 8 won 6. I don't know how well this formation goes against the teams that go for the defensive tactic.
