Lighten up on closing down a bit. They seem high to me. Of course, you might be doing this out of necessity - your attacking line might be too far ahead when you lose the ball, so you have to close down or give acres of space to opposition to play with. In which case, you should lower your attack mindedness. Alternatively, you might place your defensive line higher to compensate.
With closing down so high for your DM and FBs, your poor DC's will be caught in all manner of awkward situations.
Also, if you are zonal marking, consider tight marking with your DM. The DM on tight marking means he will concentrate on staying just ahead of your CBs (unless you tell him to close down miles ahead, of course) which will make that more difficult for the opposition forwards to be fed direct balls to centre. On the other hand, taking him off tight marking will tell him to position himself as he sees fit, which is useful if the opponent is (a) crossing often into the box and (b) playing the short game and overloading your area.
As for your midfield, consider tight zonal marking for them too, especially if they have low positioning and generally less defensive awareness. It will ensure your midfield will play the defensive game as a unit and keep their shape. But be aware that they will do so zealously, and if you have an unsuitable formation, this may not be to your advantage.
