It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

hi cleon

i have read that bit but im just saying that i play a flat 4-4-2 and gilberto silva does not play very defensive mentailty (he has normal) with fabregas more attacking

so does not qualify him as midfielder training even though he is the more defensive?

thanks

Hi Cleon, i'm an "fan" of your's tactics

Well.. talking in what i wanted to talk about, can you put the file of the training's in somewhere?

Because i tried to put like you have in the pictures but it game me too much injuries... and i think that i put it wrong , my resolution maybe is too much.. no idea.. and i think that it is strange...

Cheers

After 3 months of playing, I have only ever had two minor injuries to my squad. My teams stats have improved drastically and the team is performing in and out every week.

At first, my strikers were giving me below-par performances so I boostes their trainings up to 'Intensive' and they got their act together and started scoring again. No complaints about this regime, well done Cleon

Thanks, there is no reason why epople get lots of injuries using these schedules as they are not intensive.

Is it possible to boost a young players physical stats?

I tend to look at the players that are promoted into the squad at the start of the season and if their physical stats are rubbish I release them on a free.

Is this a big mistake? Can a player with 8 for Pace ever reach 15, say? Does natural fitness have a bearing on how much physical development a young player can have?

Thanks

I believe that depends on where they play and how your settings are for them, but generaly I put those that play on mid on midfield training etc etc
