It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

I like to train my defender ; high agility, high ball control, medium - close to high in attacking since they are a big part of my attack system. I often both my back have more passes than my MC'sduring most games.
And I leave set pieces on 0 for my SC, no need for that since its my OMC/Wing that focuses on that.
All midfielder should have high workload in Strenght..more workrate and stamina = key stats for a good MID imo

Maybe it's asked before, and maybe it's in my manual at home, but I'm having difficulty finding coaches who can max out the stars at various training aspects like Set Pieces and Shooting.

Which attributes are important for the various training aspects?

Alan: Shooting requires at least 18 in both attacking and technique coaching; set pieces requires 19 in attacking and mental and 17 in technique, I believe. There are only a couple of coaches in my game who can give me 5 stars in set pieces, and neither speaks English.

Hi, I hope someone can help me, my training schedules have always worked amazingly well, but i have just started a new game on patch 7.0.1 With Aston VIlla, All my coaches are 4*min and i have a few on 5*, as usual i implement my training schedules wich are very similar to yours cleo, but after around 6 weeks a few of my players who previously were improving, some dramatically some average, start to drop rapidally in nearly all areas ?? this is really annoying me, i finally got Milan Baros to reach his PA, then 2 days later he's back to normal and still dropping?? Please Help!

Regards,

Cleon, your schedule is working wonders with my Birmingham side, first season i finished 2nd in the championship. Now into the premiership i drew my first game at Anfield which was class.

At first your schedule was making my players go down, but that was in the first couple of week. A month or so later the players were improving and playing much better the stats were on the rise

 Thanks alot and i dont think i even need to tweak it, its awesome as i have never been any good at the training. I always over worked them

hi cleon

i use a flat 4-4-2 , and in the centre of midfield i play fabregas and gilberto silva , as you would imagine gilberto is playing a more defensive role so should i still put him on defender training even though he is playing in the centre with fabregas?

thanks
