the point is that theorically and in real life, players must increase aerobic, stamina, otherwise when the games begin especially when they have 2 games/week they will suffer.
But because you r a FM genius and you have help me very much reading your topics i ll agree with you

Can you be a lot more specific. What sort of injuries are you sure they are from training? What type of injuries are you getting? When you say a ton how many exactly. What sort of players are getting injured? After a match what is the condition of these players who are getting injured?
What team are you etc.
I need you to be more specific that just saying you got a ton of injuries as that helps nothing.
why do you have Strength so high, instead of raising the goalkeeping?
Raising the keeper slider anymore than it is, is not reccommended it would be over training. Plus keepers need good strenght etc if not they get knocked off the ball.
Training has always annoyed me in FM but it is something I have been eager to understand. I have took on your templates Cleon and plan to give them a whirl. Hopefully add a few wee alterations here and there as well. Will post back to let you know the results.
I have up to now been tailoring individual schedules for most players to attempt to increase the areas they need to improve but I have to admit my results have been modest at best.
I'll have a go at these suggested schedules.
What's the thinking behind the strikers only having low end of high shooting yet high end of light defending?
