It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

As they dont do as much as outfield players in a match, I felt you could push them more.

Any reason for ball control and set piece for keeper? I normally set those to low or none and max out the goalkeeping and tactics training.

Ball control is important for improving first touch and technique. As for set pieces keepers dont actually train this on the game but I still like to add them to add to my own realism

I don't touch youth training at all, I leave them on the default schedules until they turn 17. Then I train them in the appropiate schedule.
Is there any particular reason for this?

I suppose you do try to get everything on 5 stars?

Yeah, I do it so I dont under train or over train them while they are so young. Id rather let them develop at a young age naturally and at a steady pace.

As for 5 stars, it helps obviously but it works without 5 stars too. I currently have it on my Doncaster game and get pretty much the same results yet my coaches and facilities suck.

Thanks for these mate.

I just don't have the time to fart about with the training.

Big thanks for making it easier for us part-time players.

What are the effects of using a light workload on certain areas; do the stats trained just not improve or do they decline?

What about DMc's, players with more than one pos,I.E: Wingback, winger or attacking left mid, left wing, etc ?

Where do you train these guys. Just change them to where you play them ?

Using a lighter workload probably wouldn't be enough to sustain stats. In total I say I been working on these schedules atleast 3 months real time. SO I've studied a lot and took note and changed the schedules to suit. I personally think they are as balanced as you can currently get. But then im biased

Its just as simple as that, for defensive midfielders I add them to the defenders schedule. For Forwards I add them to the strikers schedule and so on, you get the drift I imagine.
Wingbacks I normally put them in the defence schedule as I don't use wingback. So I just treat them as fullbacks. But they could train midfield one quite easily.
