ive used ur training regime, but the thing is that when i click on training to view overall players training, i see lots of green arrows but when i click on any of them individually to go to their profile page, they have lots of red arrows instead.
These trainingn regimes are long term, to help you train up wonder kids, as well as helping you with players in your team. After playing for a few season, you'll see a difference, i certainly did. I made the mistake thinking this would instantly work, but after Cleon guided me through certain aspects, they work like a charm.
I am stcuk on how many coaches, physios etc to hire though, i am still trying to work that one out.

I don't touch youth training at all, I leave them on the default schedules until they turn 17. Then I train them in the appropiate schedule.
Wait. They sign pro contract only at 18 and can't be set to a different regime other than the youth one before that? Maybe its different around the world. That's how its in France.
Doesn't matter anyway. These are good regimes, gave me a another perspective into training aswell, am an admirer now.
As to youth coaches, for these youth regimes (that you don't touch) as youth coach with good "working with youngsters" stat and perhaps a good "technical coaching" stat would be good? So the first team coaches don't have to deal with the kids that are all below 18.
As soon as they hit 18, they're on pro contracts or released anyway

17 in England, i thought it was same across world tbh.
I've looked through the post and couldn't see anything about this so sorry if you have already answered this question. You have said that you put defensive midfielders into the defenders training but what about attacking midfielders....i use wingers so would be put them n the attackers or midfielders??
