Hi, I've been reading a bit about the Rule of Two mentaility.

I was wondering, when all your players have there mentality set individualy, what effect does moving the team mentality slider have on them.

i.e your attackers are set to very attacking, but you set the team slider to ultra defensive during a match, how will the strikers play.

im not sure...id guess giving your players individual instructions negates the relating team instruction

Individual mentality overrides the team one. However it still has some say over play, and acts as a sort of base for the players. It also has an impact on other things like passing. If the team one is set to attacking then you will see more forward balls played, while a defensive one would see more backward balls.

Its kind of hard to decirbe or put into words. But go to a match and set everyone indivudally then change the team one through out a match and you will notice a difference in play and in the manner your players act.

Thanks, that sheds some light on it.

I always had success in previous versions of the game with a global mentality.

But i've been strugiling to do anything on 07 , so i guess its time to delve a bit deeper.
