Any ideas om how to get 5 star coaching on the above. I had been working on the premise that coaches with good technique would be the best for shooting but to no avail I also though coaches with good tactical ability would be good for set pieces but alas I only 3 stars in both no matter what.

Any ideas?

ummm...im pretty confinced that attacking and mental coaching are most important for shooting while having good stats on technical...also attacking for set pieces

Shooting : technique = 18 & attacking = 18 or
technique = 19 & attacking = 14 or
technique = 20 & attacking = 10

set pieces : technique = 17 & mental + attacking = 39
technique = 18 & mental + attacking = 36
technique = 19 & mental + attacking = 33
technique = 20 & mental + attacking = 30

and also try not to burden a coach with many training sessions. assign one coach to one or two will bring the best out of him.
