I see opposition teams players can tutor younger players. For example, if i play as walsall, and browse hull, it is possible for dave livermore to tutor john welsh, i am wondering if i can set my older players to tutor younger ones, and how do i do it. thanks.

Is there any way you pick a specific player to be tutored by another specific player.

It seems to just pick who the game thinks is most suitable and to be honest, no player should be tutored by Morike Sako!

There's a dropdown menu with "linked player" or something like that at the bottom of the player interaction window. Sometimes you get quite a few options, sometimes not very many.

All it seems to do is pass on Player Prefered Moves, and possibly (though I can't be sure) some mental attributes.
