I have now been using this tactic for a few weeks and have managed to get Leeds unbeaten in 30 games.

Tactic also works for all leagues.

This is a basic 442 formation but plays smart football.

You need to have 2 good wingers e.g. Pace 13+ and crossing 12+ again this depends on divsion.

This tactic is solid at the back but scores loads of goals.

The fullbacks over lap the wingers.

This tactic also split the CPU AI defense open wide.

With Leeds I beat 4 Prem side 2 in League cup and 2 in FA Cup.

Seems a good tactic but always struggle second half.

using the wolfs teamtalks but nearly always concede within 10mins of restart.

Have to score at least twice to win a game.

Won more than I have lost though

Im giving this a try in Serie B with Salernitana in second season. (I have played quite similar perhaps more defensive tactic so far and I am losing.)

About corners: I might change these instructions cos I have working system...

Do you have suggestions on player types other than wingers? How about strikers fast or target man type?

I will update here after few games.

Ok, I changed to this tactic and playes first game away against slighlty better opponents:
Opponent - My Team
score (1-0) 3-0
possession 46-54
shots 20-7
on goal 12-6

I lost the game and the shots I got were from desperate angles. Opposition strikers and wingers found themselves 4-5 times free behind the defensive line and scored 3 times from these chances. And here comes the beauty: I got sacked after the game! And I wasn't even doing so bad...

I will try this later again when I am recovered from the shock
