Hi.

Does anyone have a tactic for a team that scores goals, but loses games due to conceding way too many? I'm Tottenham ( says it all really) in December of the first season. I've made a couple of signatures, (Tymoschuk - a DM, and Harry Kewell - AMLC)but otherwise the team is basically how Tottenham start the game.I currently find myself in 12th having won 5, drawn 7, and lost 4. My goal difference is -1 (for 27, against 28) after 16 games.

Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks.

dont know who is your defenders, but a tactic that keeps me on the top 5 defenses on league, despite being considered for relegation is my 3-6-1 that is posted here as "The BIG guy formation". Dont know if it will fit on your team tought(srry for mispelling). If you a have defenders with good positioning and team work and a big strong guy on front you should try it.

oh! forgot to add, take a look at a topic named "A manual to team talk" some great advice there. Maybe it is not your tactic
