i am sevilla right now and they are quite hard to manage they do not have a lot of money to spend on players some of the players are unhappy and u have to try and win the league and get in to the ucl

Basque players are usually Spanish or French and you have to look at the other nationalities to see that they're Basque (like Xabi Alonso and Arteta). The three Basque clubs are Bilbao, Sociedad, and Osasuna, but only Bilbao has the restriction of only being able to sign Basque players. They're also pretty much broke.

The upside is that the restriction only applies to players, so you can sign whatever coaches you want and train your homegrown Basqu players better.

I wouldn't say it's particularly hard to mange Bilbao, but it certainly is annoying to not be able to sign very many people. The good thing is, many of their current players have very good potential (Llorente, Tarantino) or are already very good (Yeste).

Barnet by far.Although expectation is low it is that for a reason and with it being in such a financial crisis means progressing through the leagues is nearly impossible
