Well, I am playin with Leeds and got'em promoted in first season. But, I cudn't buy any decent premiership standard players coz I had a lousy transfer budget of 200K. I want to know, from anyone who's been playin with them for a longer time now, that, when do leeds get taken over generally? And in what situations? As I've heard that they get taken over a lot in the game, may be a takeover can bring in some money.

alrite ive played leeds many of times and it varies all the time. Sometimes you get taken over during the 1st season, sometimes 2nd season and in my experience its usually when you get to the prem on the new weegie patches wich would be your 3rd season if you get back to back promotions.

Sometimes you dont get money to spend right away because someone else from the board takes over. Then again a few people have had massive takeovers with 40mil... coming in it just depends on your game.

Thanks for the reply. I read someone gettin a transfer budget of 172M after a takeover :eek:. Wish I can be that lucky too!!!

At leeds you always get taken over as bates is getting on a bit... but it varies in each game to who takes over and how much cash you get.
