Where to start?

Scouting's crap - no unattached free youngsters
Scouts don't do what you tell them
Too easy to loan really good players
2D match engine leaves a lot to be desired
Speed, or lack of it, with any other than one Nation, small database, and with full detail disabled...

I could go on, but just do a CM4 search and stand well back

After 30 seasons, I do find a club that settles down to my style of management. Even the Relegation Tour started to improve after about 30 seasons.
