There are two main reasons why text speak is banned.

1. It enables our foreigner visitors who don't have English as their first language to understand what people post. The vast majority have an excellent grasp of English, but I bet very few are 'conversant' in text speak.
2. It's so old farts like Iajafer can understand too

Oh, and if you look to the left hand side of your keyboard, you'll also find a shift key. That lets you write in capitals.

You probably saw that one coming but I still have to point out (otherwise mkus is gonna do that anyway) that there's a shift key on the right hand side of the keyboard as well.

It's just a matter of realism. LLM guidelines are a bit vague in regards to loaners. Some advocate only loaning players in a realistic manner, and I guess an EPL player loaned to the Conference is unlikely (though I don't know enough about EPL to say with certainty), so as a conference side you should shoot for someone from Div 1 or 2. Although in your defense you are playing Div 3, so maybe EPL loaners are more likely there. One of the common gripes about CM4 in general is that it is fairly easy to loan players who would not in reality be available to a LL club. Keep in mind the spirit of LLM is to manage the game in the most realistic way possible. Also, most people will loan players in the SWYCT or SYB manner, putting La Liga out. But don't sweat it, the LLM guidelines are just guidelines, and where loans are concerned in particular there is little guidance. For a first go at LLM it appears you are enjoying yourself, and that is what matters most.
