It is my dream to play championship manager in the ultimate LLM way.

I tried it once.

I decided to play each game day on each real day, so it would take me a week to get through a game week.

I printed out all my players stats,put them in a folder with the photos i downloaded off the internet of the player.

Now i've got CM4 i can watch entire matches!

It was fantastic, but after i'd played 2 matches i kinda found that i was REALLY throwing my life away quite dramatically!

so now, i've toned it down. if i want to play properly, i will take training every (game) monday, scout some players once a week, make sure i get to see one other game in my division once a week, normally of my next opponents on big occasions.

I love LLM style, but its only recently i've come across this website and found out what i was doing had a name.

I was wondering how far other people take their obsession?

oh dear.

that means

a) you dont take the whole game seriously enough, that you should think over your arcade style of play and get yourself more into the mindset of your manager counterpart

or

b)i'm mentally unwell and should really try and experience real life before stuff drops off

people dont laugh at me in the street because i dont go out into the street, if i'm not watching my players meticulously i'm going through the books on a piece of paper and making my finances viable.

I seriously think that if your gonna take the game seriously and try to get as much out of it as possible, you must become the manager, you must BE, not simply play!

I have bought myself a cheap big coat, and am trying to develop a severe heart condition to help me feel the character.

no guys.. really...

its nice that you think its funny, it makes me feel liked, but i was asking a serious question.

i just think that the game has been set up especially for playing the game like this, and i do think it should be played like this. Maybe yeah i do get into it a bit more than most people but thats cos i do have a LOT of spare time.. and i do REALLY like football.

but its not funny, i really thought people in here would kinda 'get' what i'm talking about. But i'm starting to think your more a sort of xbox type of player around here (spit!!!)
