With this much time and dedication, why not manage a real team? There are plenty of opportunities in youth football or sunday leagues.

thats quite a nice idea but the whole point is that with CM i can give orders to really big blokes and they wont laugh at me and shove my face in the mud!

And what happens when i get the idea of singling out a single player and making him suffer, say if hes a good looking chap, i do like to criticise him for being unprofessional, transfer list him and send him out to the non league where the women wont be so interested in him, but maybe more interested in the hot young manager who took control of the situation.
