We've a couple of Youth Academy products about to break into the fringes just now, and I have high hopes for them (a goalie and a D/DM RLC)

If you can stay in first div. you should be able to do some very good bosman

I got a youth prospect up last night, but he's for the reserves for the time being. I've gotten a couple good ones. I generally look for determination in youth prospects, because that tells you a lot as to whether or not said player's attributes will go anywhere.
