Got to say, I've missed the 'flu outbreaks and viral infections of previous CM's so a few arses tripping over cones may go some way to compensating

Call me a sick freak if you like, but I quite miss the epidemics that used to sweep through squads in the old CMs. At the very least, they were fair: one week you'd be fielding your 3rd choice keeper's granny up front because you didn't have anyone else to play, next week her day centre bridge partner would be in goal for your opposition because they'd run out of players. Now I always have more people out injured, and I'm too dim to work out why.

I did enjoy the response of fans filling the sports letters page of the local newspaper with nice comments after I had praised one of my Tamworth players.

I'll be waiting to see what ends up during Set Piece practices. Maybe that striker would be chasing to head in a cross, but miss the ball and hit the goalframe to give him a concussion.

Hey, anything could happen. [edit] was forced into early retirement after suffering a broken spine in training.

Wonder if that would turn up.

are art and life linked because I though the abouve player would still be unmentionable, with him being a player in RL and all but may be there is some rule I've missed allowing players who have retired in your current save to be named
