I'm not sure if this has been discussed before (so i'm sorry if it covers old ground)
For those llma's playing outside their home nation I was wondering how many (if any) are playing with the correct curency for that country?
I've tried a couple of times and get really vexed when it comes to contracts and stuff. My last two jobs have been Russia and China and I gave up on both after 1/2 hour and went back to £.
I guess the olny way to do it is to sit with a currency converter and work it out.
I've got this picture in my head of and ex turkish now EPL manager sitting down trying to work out the wages on a peice of scrap paper durring contract negociations
I'm always playing with foreign currencies on - I even use them when they're actually not used in the countries anymore (because of the Euro), just to have a better feeling of being abroad.
Oh, and I'm not calculating around. I just compare the values with other values to make out if they're high or low

I always use the local currency. It doesn't take that long to get used to it and it might come in handy when travelling one day.

Best argument yet. I'm sold.

For European leagues (including the British leagues), I do it all in Euros. But then again, I'm pro-Euro
As for nations outside of Europe, I try to use the local currency. It makes the game slightly more realistic, I suppose.
