I tend to play outside the UK to start any game and use that as my goal.
Jobbing your way round the world is great. Turning up in a counrty you know little about, knowing noting about the plyers in your team and having no idea who will be playing lower league football for the upper divisions for me is a real challange.
Finding out who your local rivals are winning a few games, loosing a few it's all great.
in my current save I miss promotion in russia by 1 point, gutted. The next season they expected me to get promoted, half way through the season I was in 9th after a bad run and got sacked.
It was then exciting to wonder who would give me a job. went on holiday and applied for jobs three weeks later I was employed by a team in the chinese league, and this was a little step closer to my goal.
For me lower leage managment isn't just about winning and loosing it about an experience, about learing and about trying to work my way around the countires I run with whatever sucess I can get
Sorry if that sounds like compleate sh*te but at least I'm not jonny Yak!!
