Look to Ollies example. Describe the player but don't name him. If we know who you're talking about anyway then no harm is done. If we don't know who....

I'll give you a wee test, see how many you can get, don't tell us though.

1. He's a geordie that turned down ManUre and is the Premierships top scorer.

2. Pony-tailed ex England ****** that can't save backwards.

3. Buck-toothed Bane of England who also turned down ManUre

Guys, I didnt explain myself correctly. I didnt take my goalie out.. he stayed in goal. I took my reserve keeper and substituted him for my lousy striker, then he scored 2 goals.

OK, OK. Sorry. I did not realise that real-life players couldn't be named - that is not explicit in the header. I know it says "no player naming" but the logical implication is that it relates to players in the game. It seems a bit extreme to me to force gnomic references to recent events in real life, but rules is rules so I'll comply.

For those interested - Sunderland-Derby, 23rd September - in the 90th minute too - very fine header.

I only got the 2nd one.

Yes, I think that is better but there is still the implication that it infers from the other surrounding "game-related" stuff.

My suggestion would be "No Player Naming - neither CM nor real life - NO exceptions" or something like that. Even I could understand that

I think my meaning was clear. I did not realise that we could not refer to real-life events (e.g., naming the goalkeeper scoring). I thought that the phrase just related to player tipping.

Besides, I play with the player names randomised so, in answer to your question, no I do not.

I'm considering No Player Naming - None at all - not even Real Players - or Randomised ones - or any at all - this means if you use a Player's name then you're breaking the Rules - So don't name Players - Any - No, really, none at all - All Players' Names are banned.....
