Hi all,

I'm in my first season as a LLM and am top of the table after 33 matches, by 1 point. I'm playing as Forest Green. I've been top for the last 17 matches but my side are starting to lose the plot. They've lost their consistency and I'm worried that I'll end up missing out come the end of the season. I've picked up only 9 out of the last 21 points and have lost my gap at the top, lucky my closest rivals have also slipped up badly and have failed to capitalise. Instead of the clear points between myself and second and then another 8 points between 5 and 6th, there are now 6 points between the top 6 teams.

Why has my team suddenly started playing badly, is there a reason for this later in the season?

(I haven't any major injury worries or suspensions and I haven;t made any major changes to my tactics)

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to 'Hang on in there' so that I can pick up the trophy at the end of the season?

I'll be gutted to lose out now, even considering that I was favourite for the drop!

I get the feeling that If I miss out this time I'll end up figting against relegation next season, this is my once in a lifetime chance.

It's just like IRL. I'm sure there was a team recently that spent the beginning of the season at the top of the table and finished the season nearly relegated.

If I were relgious, I 'd say that Frank LLaMa has imposed a "Faith Test" on you. I 'd say that he probably wants to see whether you 're gonna go through this situation without sinning:
