I really couldn't care less. I'm playing CM, I still hold out for the dream that someone will spot me and take me over to your side on a trial, and then I'll impress enough for a contract, and they'll clear me for a work permit on some weird technicality.

a welsh right/centre back playing most of his time in the 2nd/3rd division, possibly capped during the crappy days of welsh football. had a move lined up to a lower PL club in the prime of his career but had a nasty injury and was forgotten about. stuck his application into a former club thats fallen down a few divisions and got accepted on the back of the years of service to the club.

I like to pretend I used to have links to clubs I then manage when I was a player. Like imagining I used to be an Everton player, then starting at the bottom as a manager with the aim of managing former club Everton.

I was working as a wait-or in a cocktail bar on a night the chairman was drinking rather a lot. He was so desperate about the clubs need for a new manager he drank solidly until he was so drunk he offered me the job. I accepted and signed the contract then and there.

I noticed you say something about this in the off-topic thread - here's where it is !

I've been at Uni, without internet access in my room... And with my course just been a slight extension of my A-levels, I haven't really found the need to go and sit in the library for hours, where I might have been tempted to log on...

You've got me 'til Jan though (wahey) - just ctaching up and hearing the reactions to 03/04, which I haven't got. Good to be back.
