I Have two coaches with the same judging current abilty and judging potential ability as each other but one tells me the player is decent and the other says good.

Is there something else that determines how they judge a player?

Perhaps one coach is more of a defensive coach, the other more of an attacking.
This might offer up different opinions of what they look for in a player.

Well after all it is a Coaches opinion you are after, so surely they would vary just like real life. Just an observation..

I would expect that even a current judgment ability of 20 would allow for the possibility of error, and a number of <20 would certainly mean that errors are possible. Hence, the difference.

Cheers guys, I guess you are right it is only the coaches opinion and in real life it would vary too.
