Basically in a Machester United game at the moment, as after trying smaller teams, I wanted a club where I could win major competitions straight off.

I'm drawn against Plyouth in the League Cup 4th Round, so decided to give my reserve players a chance.

I go 1-0 down, before equalizing on about 80 minutes to force extra time.

The 1st period of extra time sees a few chances, but neither tean comes close to scoring.

Then, I kick off the 2nd half.
For some reason both goalkeepers (mine and Plymouth's) are just outside the center-circle when I kick-off.
Billy Sharp gets the ball from the kick-off, and lobs the ball into the empty net from 60 yards out! :cool:

I then score again to win 3-1.

I'd like to pst the goal up as a video on here, but I don't know how to make/upload videos on the PC.

It's the strangest goal I've had yet playing football manager...anyone else had similar experiences?

If it had happened against me I wouldn't be very happy to say the least!

Recently I had a goal where the opponents goalie kicks the ball out and the ball bounches over my own goalie. The opponents goalie scored from 90 meters.

I had a goal scored against me where the ball hit the crossbar and bounced on the line and back to the bar again and continued doing that several times. It didn't seem to actually cross the line.
