How do u criticizing players in FM08?

Click on them and goto 'Player Interaction' in the menu. It will give you the option to criticize their recent form. I think this only works with your own players though.

Doesn't have the option. It only has recommend players to add to squad or tell the player that he will be rested or smt.

So that means that it's impossible to criticize him?

I think you can only criticise after he has played a certain number of games.

After he's played a number of games you can criticize/praise players form.
Not sure exactly how many though...

It seems to vary. It used to be 4, but that's not the case anymore.

If you want another way to get your message across, you can always give him an official warning for poor play.

Does he have to start or just play?

Cause i use van persie alot of times as a sub and he's just ****(6 & 7s) in my game and i wanted to give him a good telling off but unable to do so.

So i'll try giving him more games.
