retired_rotert Newb Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	Players who only come on as a sub tend to hit 7 at the most anyway, unless they have a lower squad status from the beginning. Criticising him may not be the best way of getting the most from him. Maybe try starting him for a couple of games and telling him either you "expect a performance" or that "you have faith in his ability", or even the new "Expect better" option, which is useful when it's available (but it may only be for 5 or less in previous game).
