Not unusual, I just took over Milan and Kaka is playing terrible and the fans want him rested. He was world player of the year in my game so players just have bad years I suppose.

I've always read that Adaptability related towards moving abroad or am i thinking of a different attribute. There is definatly one that affects how well they cope with another culture.
