Maybe it is a matter of style & environment.
In general, I have a small squad of 22 players, a few B players in the B squad which are transfer-listed and my youth (which is not ready yet).
I have rather a small squad and can't use unwanted cards and unneeded injuries.
The whole point is, that I want to enter the world of FM micro management...
