I've had problems in the past with player interaction and mainly praising players. When I praise players, it always tends to make the player play poorly, I put this down to complacency. This means that its become a pretty redundant feature for me as it tends to do more harm than good.
Sometimes though, I feel that I could have prolonged my strikers streak of goalscoring form if I'd have praised him, so I was wondering if anyone can give any pointers on how many games a player plays well for, or at what other point people praise players to get positive results.
Yeah that's the way it's gone for me, except I don't use it at all. The thing is though that managers praise their players quite a bit in real life when they're doing well. So there must be some use to praising.
