Yes. Patch works with existing saved games.

i think you can, why don't you just try it. The most harm it will do is crash the game, but then you can just load it up again.

please help i am playing fm 08 when all of a sudden when i try to load it does but then a box comes up with distance_lookup_table cannot open file and shut fm08 down i am using mac is there a patch or something i can do? please reply to roll_deep2003@hotmail.com

Yep, you can.

But I think for the changes to take effect then it's recommended that you start a new game. But if you're doing well in your current save game then stick with it, patch it and play it.
