Yeah, move the younger player to a feeder for half a season. That usually works.
Some of these player disputes seem a little unrealistic to me. Once one of my star players developed a serious problem with some 16-year-old and started under-performing ridiculously. I mean, come on! In real life the kid would mean nothing to him. In fact, I could understand if it worked the other way around: star player upsets young idolizer. Go figure.
