ok i have recently had a quick spell with AFC Hornchurch just for one season so i could at least say ive had a go, anyway i finished 9th which was pretty good considering i was tipped to go down, now i left shortly after the point where all the teams in the leagues and have no points and are in alphbetical order ready for the new season but the strange thing was when i clicked on my table i was amongst the conf north!! how can it change after just one season?? i wasnt promoted or relegated what the hell happened??

Clubs need sorting out whether they are in North or South, depending on who gets promoted from the league below. Teams are able to be swapped into different divisions if they are close to the North/South border. But Hornchurch is London I believe, so this is a bit wrong

Basically, the Northernmost 22 teams go in the Blue Square North and the Southernmost 22 teams go in the Blue Square South (so it could change each season).

Not necessarily canvey. It may be better for a team who is in the West of the country to play in the North, even if they are a little further South of a team from the East.
It's about geographical spread, not just a strict North/South cut off line.
