looks ok, brushing looks good but try lowering opacity of scan lines and adding a border, maybe try using a feather on render to try and make edges look at little less sharp

First of all there was no brushing, I think the Scanlines Looks okay, my PS is messed up thats why i cannot adding a Border, the pre-cut was a Grainy by itself

Background looks ace but i agree with swfc990 the scanlines are a bit too heavy. Text looks good and you already know about the render :p Good work Deki.
