Hi there ive followed all the instructions,created the graphics folder with sub folders in with kits,players and logos but still no luck,ive unticked skin cache and ticked the reload skin but not have any luck!!!im running vista anybody else having similar problems,please help im wanting to start a new game but it doesnt feel complete till i get all the pictures and kits sorted out,many thanks in advance

You using the documents sports interactive folder and not the applciations sports interactive folder?

sorry for been thick but where is the applications folder?i right click on the shortcut and then open the file location,then put the graphics folder in there,am i looking in the wrong folder?please help its annoying me now,thanks for taking the time trying to help me out

They need to go into My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\

Create a graphics folder inside there, then create whatever subfolders you want (kits, logos, etc) and extract your graphics to those subfolders.

you are a legend my friend!!!! at last ive done it with your help,i was opening up the main folder and not the folder in my documents,thanks foa the help,can go and start that new game now!!!
