Someone has ever used the "Female" checkbox on the official pre-editor?

It is a closed field, so i'm wandering if this is already implemented in the game, or the option is there to future use.

how many women physios are there actually in football - i know spurs have one but that only one i can think of

There are, indeed, a fair few.

I think the in-game restrictions need to be lowered on other positions such as board roles also to reflect real-life people such as Karen Brady.

I see your point, women working on proof. footbal is not something usual.

But *if* such rule doesn't exist, so in my view it should be possible to create with the editor.

And i don't think that a single tick will demand too mutch from the developers.

No, infact a couple of teams have fielded a women in a match before, no rule to say they can't. The one I can think off was some Swedish div.3 team or something fielding a women goalkeeper (from their womens team) as all their normal keepers were injured.
