Whatever happened to the magic number, 127, giving players unbelievably amazing stats? I remember in previous versions, whenever I got bored with a game, I'd change a plyer to 127 for finishing and enjoy them scoring 13 goals a game!

In the newer game, I change a player to 127 and to no effect. I've seen it appear in a couple of places (such as the manager profile stats), but they just default to 20 everywhere else.

Anybody know what happened to it then? I'm sure it worked a couple of games ago when I last tried it...

Its happened because the highest stats you can get are 20 so 1 out 20 is sh!t 20 out of 20 is amazing.

it was a bug, a funny one, but a bug nonetheless which I guess has been taken care of

It was hilarious in FM05 to put acceleration and pace on 127. Bubbels flying over the pitch

In FM05 I gave my goalkeeper Mondragon 127's for pace, acceleration, dribbling & long shots lol I had him set to run all the way upfield. He scored some amazing long shots from his own half! I also made a stadium called the square (which as the name implies was square shaped lol) I later dubbed it the house that Monda built because with his pace on such a small pitch he totally dominated the game & scored a few goal kicks with the pitch being so short! .. I miss the old days

Does the 127 value still work on FM05 with the update? That sounds very interesting lol
