Default League Settings
Hi,
In the editor is there anyway that you can set any league to let anyone play? For example I am fed up of finding a quality young player aged about 14 or 15 nd being unable to play him in my first team, so I just wanted to know is there anyway to change the rules of the leagues or are there hardcoded into the game?

Or just to change what levels of foreginers are allowed into what league.
