I know that if you edit Competition Names in the pre-game editor then the changes show up in your saved games

Is the case the same with team and stadia names?

(This is mainly for the New York Red Bulls and the TNS situations atm where the team names will change in the near future)

saved game should be affected also for these changes. you have mentioned competetion names changed in save-game. try it.

Doesn't seem to be, just changed a few teams names including the one I was playing as in the editor and loaded a saved game and they are still the original names.
