I have a player who is 14 and i gave him 200 PA, his current abililty his 100. In about 5 years time when he is 19 he will probably be about 180 ca. But will this make his stats start to decline after he reachs his peak at a young age or will they be good until he is old? Im just worried that he will only be good until he is 21.

well if you woried about it, why did you give him 200 PA?

I think they stay at their PA until they reach about 28/29, when they then start to decline.

Pa can mean **** all at the end of the day, Ive had players with ca of 60/75 and pa of 175 and i've trained them well for over 5 years taking them till about 24 and there still nothing but a average player.

It all depends on the way they are trained. Train them to hard they will burn out, Train them to less and they wont improve. It's all about finding the right balance.

Use a balanced regime with some 1st team experience, allow him to rest when needed & he should be fine.
Note that you can have a player with Ca=180 which will not be as good as a lower Ca player due to specific atributes (think Dede as a WBL in FM05)
