When editing the affiliate clubs, there is a financial support tab that can be checked. I'm guessing that this is to make the club a merchandising feeder. However in game it has no affect and the feeder club will not be a merchandising one. Am i doing something wrong and is there a way around it or is it just a problem with the editor.

The Financial Help option in the editor means that the parent club will pay an annual fee to the feeder. To get a merchandising club, you have to pick one from America or Japan, possibly China.
