I think he's just talking about Farrows (Forward Arrows), if i rember correctly it's;
Farrow/Forwrd Arrow = Position of player when team in possesion
Barrow/Backward Arrow = Position when team out of posesion
Side Arrow to the outside = When in posesion
Side Arrow to the inside = when not in posesion.
