In what positions should my players be man marking, and which should there be zonal marking then?

I want my midfield players to be fairly compact, should I have them low or high closing down, tackling?

Really? What about barrows then? I'd assume these were the other way around, as it would make no sense if a defensive minded barrowed central mid ran to the DM spot when in possession and back to the centre when defending?

it is good choise to copy seetings from yours dc to one your MC ( more def. ) another Mc should have high cd and more cf and fwr. This is my style btw

I think he's just talking about Farrows (Forward Arrows), if i rember correctly it's;

Farrow/Forwrd Arrow = Position of player when team in possesion

Barrow/Backward Arrow = Position when team out of posesion

Side Arrow to the outside = When in posesion

Side Arrow to the inside = when not in posesion.
