Great tactic mate. I used your tactic without any changes for 5 games all of which I won, including 2 impressive 1-0 victories over Betis in the UEFA Cup, I should also add that I didn't concede a goal which is a bonus for me as I like to keep a tight defence.
The only thing I noticed is that whilst I was dominating the other team my strikers who were usually prolific (I start with Sanchez and Iversen) were missing a lot of easy chances due to the high tempo.
I tweaked the tactic to suit my players and it seems to be working very well. I won 15 of my remaining 16 games, the draw coming aginst Chelsea in the UEFA Cup final which I won on penalties, and I kept 11 clean sheets.
The only things I changed to the Team Instructions was to increase the Time Wasting to 3/4, and change Target Man supply to mixed.
I have made slight changes to the Player Instructions also, most notably the defensive minded midfielder who now plays more like Momo Sissoko in that he closes players down quickly and gives the other midfielder the time/space or cover he needs make pass the ball or run forward (I'm using Cardenas as the attack minded midfielder and Guarin the defensive).
And I set my strikers instructions to suit the players I use, with Iversen (my target man) now holding up the ball, this along with the high time wasting seems to give them a bit more composure in front of goal.
I'm about to start a new season with Basel and I've just taken the Swiss national job so it will be intersting to see how this tactic works over a whole season for me and also how it works with a National side.
