Lucho i'm glad your having success and without having to use a target man, as in the online game i'm currently doing as Ipswich, i use Sam Parkin, but he missed a couple of games through injury, and my performances in them games dropped to a poor level, as when i created the tactic the big man was the key.
The reason for this was i put his mentallity alot lower then the other striker, so wether my team is taking a goal kick or the opposition is he wins most headers in the middle of the park, before he gets forward, that to me is were the game gets won or lost.
So out of intrest which of your 2 strikers scores the most goals.
and have you changed any settings?
At the moment i'm top of the league in my online game but struggling to find the right kind of target man who will join Ipswich for less than 150k, just incase Parkin will get injured, i tried to buy Ben Wright but my mate just signed him
Didn't quite work for me. I had couple of good games and then i would have a horrible game here and there. Quite inconsistent. I used it with Atletico Madrid and Inter. Not enough consistency for me.
were you conceeding many goals Aquaplex, or were they playing just poorly, as i dont know if it makes any difference but i never tried the tactic with a non english team.
The reason i ask is every now and then i will have a poorish performance, but maybe only 3 or 4 times a season, which to me is expected, and the good performances far more out weigh them.
I'm interested in positive and negative feedback, as it will help me try and make the tactic more full proof.
So if you dont mind what was your players morale like?
And were you either conceeding to many goals or not creating enough chances?
nd which position played the poorest and whom were the players?

thanks again for the feedback!
The biggest problem was lack of scoring. I had games where i would score max 2 goals. Those games i would usually lose since i was giving up at least a goal a game. There were couple of games though where i was giving up 3 or 4 goals a game. I had very good players since Inter is a world club and i'm positive i had all the players in their right positions. I did have a little bit of a problem with the target man though since i wasn't sure who was a good target men on my team so i usually had them setup for Adriano and Johnson whom i bought from MLS. I tested this tactic for about 5 games with each team, so i didn't test this for a whole season.
possibly the only thing i can think of is it wasn't given enough time, Adriano would be more ideal for the left striker, but he could play the target man aswell, but normally players like Carricolo, or Ibrahimovic would be ideal for target men, just someone who is good in the air and big and strong.
